Vincent Price Life Mask
Cast from face of the Sophisticated Horror Villain

Vincent Price (1911 - 1993)

Although Vincent Price began his acting career as a leading man, he quickly became the master of horror. His characters were always a bit twisted and sinister, albeit sophisticated, classy and intelligent, not to mention that distinctive Vincent Price manner of speech.

This mask has been styled to represent Price in the House on Haunted Hill (1959) a favorite of mine. It is from the era of the Tingler(1959) and the Bat (1959).

This started with an actual life cast mask of Vincent Price. Then it has been sculpturally enhanced by me, Erick Erickson. The hair, ears and eye brows have been added, to create a very life-like display.

All of the original detail of the historic cast has been preserved so the work of art you get has a direct link to Vincent Price. It's like having him right there with you. Creepy

The finished piece is cast in USG's Tuf-Cal gypsum cement, and it is fiber filled and has polymer additives to assure it will last forever.
  • It measures 10" High X 7" Wide X 6" Deep
  • It is approximately 6 pounds unpacked.

It is finished in Silver Screen Silver, then rubbed with an antiquing overlay to bring out the detail. The piece is then sealed with a clear coat to preserve the finish. Each mask comes with hanging instructions and the mounting screw, or it can be displayed on the optional stand. (sold separately)

This mask is one of a LIMITED EDITION signed and numbered by Erick Erickson, the artist. As a Bonus your purchase comes with a signed and numbered CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY.
